Record-keeping requirements for monitoring and reporting purposes
Record-keeping requirements made under the Water Services Act 2021 by The Water Services Authority - Taumata Arowai requiring drinking water and wastewater network operators to keep and maintain records relating to compliance with applicable environmental performance measures and targets.

Exemptions
Some exemptions granted by The Water Services Authority - Taumata Arowai under sections 57 or 58 of the Water Services Act 2021 are secondary legislation. This includes exemptions from the requirement to use residual disinfection granted for a class of drinking water supplier and general exemptions granted for an individual or a class of supplier.
